Now don't get me wrong as music has always been a derivative of something but it seems every new albums is described of a mix of previous stuff and specific to an era. I know this has been the case for a while but at l;east a few years ago you would get stuff with clear influences but sounded a bit different.

Now it seems that every album tends to sounds like whatever that band are influenced by (read copy)
