If you were a dog what breed would you like to be..and why?and what would your name be..just curious.

id probably be something big and dopey that spends most of the day laid out infront of the fire or on someones knee being stroked with my big daft tongue hanging out.

i wouldnt like going out in the rain or being left on my own for too long and id be giddy with everyone i met and want to play with them.

id probably be a fussy eater too but id have the ability to love anyone i meet and be very freindly.

not sure what breed id be maybe a collie type dog, and my name would be along the lines of like mollie, nellie, jess, suzie, or even winnie.

1. I'd like to be one of those little cute ones that gets carried around in Paris Hilton's handbag and gets fed organic meat and nice stuff. It'd be fun!

2. My name would be Rover.

I would be a German Shephard with a name of Tara.

I find that thease dogs have a combination of warmth to people and a very strong protective instinct.

I would be a rottweiler. My name would be revenge because I would rip the post removers to shreds!

I think i would be a labrador..and i would be one thats been trained to help deaf people..you know,doing things like taking the laundry out of the washer and passing things to my owner and alerting them when someone knocks on the door, or when the phone rings. My name would be Lucy.

Id be a working collie....out in the open all day....

I reckon I'd be a German Shepherd (Alsatian) for two reasons:

1. In my opinion its' the best looking breed

2. No one messes with a German Shepherd

I'd be like the Andrex dog. Because then I might be able to meet the Andrex dog.

I agree. Wonderful dogs, although I also have a soft spot for the borde collie.

I would be a Bichon Frise, small, cute and pampered!! Cut and blown dry every 6 weeks so I always would look my best! I would sleep on my owners bed, take up 4'6 of a 5' bed, and snore....loudly!

Haha..i remember my brother had a standard poodle many years ago.he got it from a rescue centre. it was quite a big dog and he loved my sister in law but hated my brother for some reason..unfortunately he had to go back to the rescue centre after just 2 weeks..he leapt at my brother pinning him down and then bit him on the belly.

I have just been thinking about a conversation i had with a friend a while ago about what breed of dog i would be given what they knew about me.

I was told i would be a Staffie and after some discussion my hubby was a bullmastiff.

This shocked me slightly as i dont know what breed i would be maybe a poodle lol

I wouldn't be as selfless as linnet, I'd choose a lapdog, then my owner would cuddle me all the time :D Poodles are a very intelligent dog, so I'd be a toy poodle. I'd be off to the groomers every 6wks being pampered, now what would I like my name to be..............'Tricia' because as a girl I always wanted to be called Patricia
