Seems like everytime I go to The Forum on Division Street it's a bit rubbish. They always keep refurbishing it, which is great. But the draught beer is awful. Peroni is expensive and I don't mind paying for a decent pint, but it always tastes awful, and always served in a crap glass that you'd get in the dog and duck. A lot of the staff just don't seem interested in you too, busy checking their phones and checking their hair in the mirror. A while ago I was ignored by three staff who were watching some one make a coffee.

If you go to The Old House, owned by the same people i believe, the staff are great. Why can't the Forum be the same? It's not just me is it!!!!!

It's not just you, the Forum seems to suffer from poor service.

Cant comment as not been in for about 3 years, but it does seem a lot of pubs these days dont seem to drill down to staff that they are 1st point of contact between the public and the venue, and the whole venue's 'reputation' can be dragged down by 'vacant' staff......staff are there effectively representing the management and to promote the venue, if management cannot see this fact, they are going to suffer loss of trade until they motivate and get the staff 'in line' with such an ethos.....its not rocket science...

Any bar I visit that has bored or non attentive staff, I never return to....EVER!! I suggest the majority of the public feel the same way?

My views are quite the opposite, think the Peroni is really nice and isn't that expensive. Never had a problem with the staff at all

I think peroni was 3.80 a pint last time I was in. seems expensive to me.
