Anyone else go to see Dinosaur Jr @ the Leadmill last night? I walked out after 6 songs. Couldn't hear a damn thing.

I know Dinosaur Jr. are an ear bleedingly loud band, but I couldn't hear the vocals at all from the front (poor positioning of the PA?) and could only JUST hear them from the back.

I'm deaf today!

I forgot they were on - havent seen them for close on 20 yrs - but they always had the vocals down in the mix and the guitars distorted & LOUD!!

Leadmill sound quailty has always been REALLY poor. Very muffled and they seem to compensate by cranking up the volume.

Excatly the same for me when seeing We Are Scientists last year, can't hear the vocals at all.
