I'm looking at putting on a mid-week RnB night in Sheffield.

I wondered if anyone had suggestions of venues what may be open to the idea of a new promoter?

Sheffield needs a Weekend R&B night never mind mid week!

I know bedroom do a r&b night tuesdays and i think static have started doin one on the weekend with other styles and vibe are doing 4 different styles on a thursday night , so best of doin a bit more in depth research on it but like sall said i know alot like r&b do your homework and im sure it will pay off.

only r&b nights in sheffield are at static on west street. they play on thursday for students and friday and saturdays for everyone. they do play some good quality music there. the only other place is embrace where they have a small r&b room but is too commercial for my liking. apart from these two places nowhere plays r&b in sheffield. Vibe does not play r&b, only bassline.

I think you will find im correct dj rugged does bedroom on a tuesday and vibe do a thursday night playin r&b and other styles , i have good inside knowledge of vibe lets say , ps heres a link to prove im correct !
