can anyone recommend anywhere that could fit a pull start to my nitro car, or if anyone on here could do it for me? thanks.

Bit vague. What car is its? Can it take a pulll start? Do they make one for it? If they do then it's probably only a couple of screws, they go wrong and break that often your going to need to be handy with taking it to bits!
