Groovin' 4 Grown-Ups - Sat 5th Sept - 9pm til late
Presenting a one-off night of suburban revelry at the 161 Bar, Beauchief Hotel, on Abbeydale Road South.
It's a rare shindig in the south-western suburbs and features the G4G DJs playing a lovely mix of the best of the 20th century; from 1940something thru to the late 1970s. You will be listening and dancing to:
jazz, 1950s swing, calypso, soul, bossa nova, ska, bit of bowie, 1950s rhythm & blues, reggae and whatever else seems like a good idea at the time.
The regular G4G nights in town are warmly regarded as one of the loveliest li'l parties in town and we're sure this'll be equally excellent.
