is there not a program around that will not listen to windows at all? i mean it will just delete what you tell it and not give you any errors or `file is in use'

i tried `eraser' but its no good...and also something called `delinvfile`

any1 got anything good?

im sick of hearing `this file is in use and cannot be deleted ..blah blah'

p.s. have tried to delete, rename, move, start in safe mode, shut down processes.

If you're using Win ME or below (which I doubt), simply boot into DOS & use the deltree command.

Unsure what you are trying to get rid of. If theres so much junk on your pc, then I tend to reformat every once in a while. the easy way is to take a snapshot with Norton Ghost right at the beginning.

Try using a program like File Unlocker (http://ccollomb.free.fr/unlocker/) first MTheo. You should be able to delete any file then

[EDIT] Or try something like This (http://cbttechs.com/forums/showthread.php?t=839&highlight=delete+file).
