Anyone know if any company is offering reasonably priced text messages on the net?
My mobile contract is only giving me 100, i can get more by signing a new contract but don't want to.
So just wondered if there is a good site thats good for texts untill i get a better mobile phone contract.
Thanks for all participation.

Are you wanting to send text's from a website?
If so, there are many:

hi thanks for that, unfortunately have tried googling and many of these company's are dodgy. have tried to send a text to myself from these freebies and it never arrives.
and too many want to intall their own tool bars and such.
so was wondering if there's a website any of the forummers have tried and found it to be trustworthy.

http://www.moneysavingexpert.com/phones/free-text-messages#web Have a look on there. Those money expert people are very clued up so if there is a reliable one, it will be on there.

Depends what you mean by 'reasonably priced'.
I've used these 3 for years (not just for web-SMS) with no significant tech or billing issues.

They're all the same company.
3p per text,
max. 160 characters,
multiple recipients possible,
choice of your number(s) or default for sender number.

I'm also in the process of setting up a website that will allow you to do this. You can send 10 free messages per day from it.
As above - http://www.cbfsms.com/ - CardBoard Fish always seems to get recommended. Think it is free not sure if there is a limitation on how many you can send though.
