I would wait until you come back from your holidays as you said on your other post(When looking for a dog for a present for your son) that you were taking the dog on holidays its not good to start training then stop it confuses the animal, but i am sure lotti will be able to help

hope you enjoy your new puppy and it gives you the attention love and affection ours does,i didn't want a dog but my wife and child did,so after 3 months of discussions we got a jack Russel x poddle (10 months old at the time),hes my best mate now he went for 3 walks yesterday and comes fishing with me and all over the place, he is sat at the side of me now i and i didn't want a dog LOL.ENJOY YOUR NEW PUP.
