I idly let my eyes rise upwards when outside the Costcutter on London Road, and saw The London Road Members Club. The sign on the window offers TV, Pool, Internet, Tea and Sandwiches (IIRC). It doesn't seem there's much on offer to justify joining a private club, and it didn't look much from the outside. Does anyone know anything about it?

Couldn't tell you that, but if you look carefully, one of the window signs says it offers 'poo':D

Might be a Turkish ex-pats club. Might not though.
