GILES HEDLEY * UK COUNTRY BLUES LEGEND * SATURDAY 4PM
A rare visit by “one of Britain’s foremost roots and country blues players,” - Blues Matters. Hedley’s astonishing fingerstyle and slide guitar and showstopping simultaneous mouth and nose harmonica playing make him an unmissable mainstay of the scene since the late ‘60’s. An unforgettable start to the weekend. www.gileshedley.com

TOM RODWELL & STOREHOUSE * THE HOUSEWRECKER * SATURDAY 7.00PM
Funky and always evolving blues, spirituals and calypso from Rodwell, who tours in the US, NZ, Switzerland and Holland. Highly danceable yet deeply purist R&B. “By turns wild, angry, hypnotic and sensual it’s as uncompromising as it is funky and some of the best live music I’ve seen,” Blues in London. www.myspace.com/storehousemusic

DALE STORR & IAN SANDERSON * BARRELHOUSE PIANO KILLER * SUNDAY 3PM
Storming New Orleans piano from Sheffield favourite Storr, known to fans of Frank White and King King Blues, plus special guest Ian Sanderson on trumpet. Swagger, stride and stomp a speciality, Storr is an increasingly in-demand performer around the UK. www.myspace.com/dalestorr

BILLY MARTIN JR * ACOUSTIC ROOTS POET * SUNDAY 8.30PM
Sheffield's own raconteur extraordinaire, Billy Martin Jr, presents a spellbinding show of original blues songs of great sensitivity and lyrical sophistication. In the words of 2007 Mercury Music Award nominee Richard Hawley, "Billy Martin Jnr is one of the great undiscovered Sheffield talents - uncompromising brilliance!" http://www.myspace.com/billymartinjnr
