My computer on starting up, takes ages to fill in the screen.
It's as iif it was elesticated and the edges are bevelled.
this happens for longer each day.
Should I expect something serious to go wrong?

Hi Hazel,

It sounds like there might be a problem with the monitor - possibly the power supply.

When it's 'up and running' are the edge of the picture curved or straight?

when it's up and running the sides are straight.
I notice when I try to turn the moniter the sides flicker again
