I lived in wakefield near Pindersheath for 8 years , and moved back to Woodseats , which isn't far from the city centre and Derbyshire is only about 5 mins by car.

all depends on budget are you buying or renting??

Obviously it depends on your requirements and your buget but you can't go far wrong with buying a place in Hunters Bar. The property retains its value well and if you ever wanted to move but keep the property, the rental potential on it would be very high due to it's location. Close to Endcliffe Park and the Botanical Gardens, and of course all the shops, bars and cafes of Ecclesall Rd. Only a short walk into town or an even shorter walk to the bus stop!

But unless you are a student you will hate living their, noisey, full of pavement pizza's/drunk students, litter, crime etc. etc.
