I'm trying to track down a Roger Foster. I believe he may have been born or lived in Sheffield, early on in his life. He was living and working in Leicester to my knowledge between 1980 and 1990, though I lost touch with him after that.

He was heavily into Motown music and I believe in the late 80s he was setting up some type of music website.

When he worked in insurance he had the knickname 'Doc'.
