Hi everyone

My name's Georgia - I thought I'd leave a post up on here about the Cycle for Health sessions that the company I work for, Pedal Ready, are running at Hillsborough and Endcliffe Park in September. These are funded by the council, and designed for people who would like to start using cycling as a form of exercise and get a bit more confident on their bikes. It's all free at the point of delivery, and bikes are provided, although you're very welcome to bring your own cycle along if you'd prefer.

The sessions are currently run on Tuesday mornings - 10.30 till 1.30 at Endcliffe Park, and Thursday mornings at the same times in Hillsborough. We do encourage people to come regularly, but it's certainly not obligatory that you turn up every week without fail. You do need to book onto the course, though, so if you think you'd like to get involved, or just fancy a chat and a few more details, please do contact me on 0114 2412 775, or you can check out our website - just stick Pedal Ready in Google and it should come up (I can't put the exact address in here as the site thinks I might be spamming you all.)

Thanks a lot, everybody!

Cheers

Georgia
