Spectrum Active – It’s a Knockout!
When: Saturday 22nd August 2009
Time: 10 - 3pm
Where: Hillsborough Sports Arena, Middlewood Rd, Sheffield S6 4HA
It’s a Knockout! Teams will compete against each other and rotate round a mix of hilarious inflatable games, such as Bomb the Castle, Slippery Slope, Hurdles, Water Wars, Human Table Football, Funnel Tunnels and more! With a lively soundtrack, compere, costumes and presentation with a trophy and medals for the winning team!
This event is funded by Aiming High for Disabled Children Small Grants Programme for Short Breaks Summer 2009 and are therefore being provided free for disabled children and young people and those with complex health needs aged between 0-19yrs.
For every child or young person attending either or both of these events, there can also be one participating family member if desired. We would encourage and welcome other family members and friends to come along to enjoy the activities as spectators.
These events are accessible to wheel chair users however, by nature of the activities involved, wheel chair access will be limited. Please contact the number below to discuss further.
