Greetings potential friends.
I am in need of a web page designers services to create a web page for a bussiness I am starting. It needs to be a user based forum type page with secure login areas and such.

Heres the catch though, I have registered a most excellent domain and also have an original page idea. The only thing is my money is a bit short at the moment, (recession and all that jive) so you could squeeze a few quid out of me, but the main thing I will offer is a share in the bussiness for creating a functioning page.
The idea of mine has been pitched to a very established company who offered to make the page and said it was a very good idea, yet I could not afford their quote.

And thats where you come in, anyone who is confident that they could make a professional page and is willing to hear my idea I'll be happy to talk. Serious people only though please as I don't want too give to much away until the site has been uploaded.
I thought this would make a good project for a design student as well so just bear in mind I will negotiate with anybody who is capable.
