A little girl we know from Gleadless Valley has been diagnosed with brain stem cancer - she is only 8. We wanted to do something for her so she has something nice to look forward to so we are raising money for a holiday to Disneyland Paris for her and her family.

My husband is doing a charity run at Rother Valley on 12th Sept. I'm giving away a day's event or wedding photography at a raffle at Magna's Ultimate Brides on 6th Sept. Online donations will be opened from 5th Sept and the raffle will be drawn at Rother Valley after the run.

Again thanks so much for all the support - the fund now stands at £1226. You can still donate directly into the account fund. One thing we have learnt through this is that so many people are affected by cancer - we want to continue fundraising for the Make a Wish charity to help other children in the future.
