DOES ANY ONE KNOW THE EXACT MILAGE ROUND THE 2 PONDS SO I CAN CALIBRATE MY GARMIN 50 WATCH AS HAD BETWEEM 2.94 AND 3.15????? JUST WANT THE WATCH TO BE AS ACCURATE AS POSS!!

DID CALIBRATE ROUND A 400M TRACK BUT WHEN I DID AT ROTHER IT SAID 3.15 AND GOOGLE MAP SAYS 2.98 SO DONT THINK RIGHT AS THEY SAY BEST TO CALIBRATE WHERE U RUN:huh:

We were advised it was 3 miles around all 3 lakes.

I once phoned RV and asked the same question and was told 3 miles around the large main boating and waterskiing lake and the top jet ski lake.

It's 2.94 miles. I've ran it for years, and these days I run with a GPS watch which is really accurate. :-)

There's loads of really good trails around as well - get out exploring instead of just doing the loop.

Rodge - I run with a Garmin 305. My club did a 24 hour run there recently with people doing loops of the lakes. Everyone else measured it 2.94-2.95. I did a few loops, each one came in at 2.94.
