View Full Version : Does anyone else Blog? robbie 20-07-2005, 17:54 Just curious really. Mine is not exactly always updated but it is from time to time. t020 20-07-2005, 17:57 I don't "blog" myself, but sometimes if I'm having trouble getting to sleep I know I can always read through someone else's blog to help me on my way to the land of nod. rich951 20-07-2005, 18:05 Honest answer? No, I think it's one of the pointless things ever invented :) One in a million is ok and worth looking at (but even then usually for a one-off article), but should I be really interested in some teenager's rantings about life and cinema reviews? (or am i just a miserable grumpy git? ;)) antics 20-07-2005, 20:21 I must say, I think it's really up yourself to have one! No offence, but is your life so interesting people would want to read about it? Not you personally robbie, just rhetorically. JoeP 20-07-2005, 20:39 I've toyed with it, tried it and thought of using a blog as a sort of advertisement for some of my creative writing and such, but on the whole I don't have enough time to keep it up to date and I'm really not sure that my life is interesting enough. As for the creative writing - bog standard web site will have to do! Joe H.P 20-07-2005, 21:06 Maybe I dont get out enough but.... Whats a blog?? Blogs can be very useful though. I find a lot of computer tips and tricks off blogs and the amount of new software that is availabe in blogs is amazing. Take This One (http://dynatech.r8.org/?p=13) for example  robbie 21-07-2005, 18:32 I have one on the basis that I should write something but I'm too lazy. Therefore, the odd article or film review makes me feel better... absynthfairy 28-06-2006, 11:25 I've just started a blog - I'm quite excited about it. Please visit. You've not read many blogs then? Admittedly some people just shouldn't be allowed to blog.....maybe they think someone will care.....which some people do. All the blogs I read are mainly people who are well known web designers, passing out useful info, writing articles etc or even pointing out stuff other people might not have found on the net. Then stuff like friends who are off travelling the world and update with stuff they've seen, done etc. Never read a blog by a depressed teenager. lottiemilfy 28-06-2006, 13:25 i have a livejournal.i update it everyday about what ive done and my feelings and my faves at the time Jimbob1989 28-06-2006, 14:19 yeah, here (http://jamessilvester.co.uk/) :) lottiemilfy 28-06-2006, 14:20 http://spencamilfy.livejournal.com/ <<< thats mine lottiemilfy 28-06-2006, 14:21 You've not read many blogs then?
