Isn’t testosterone what free weights are all about :hihi: if you are looking for a general type gym I would go for Fitness unlimited, if you want to pump iron all day a specialist gym would probably be better.

i agree with these guys. you cant beat fitness unlimited for value. you can go to 4 different venues. There's not just the gym. you can also do fitness classes and swimming too.

Fitness first has to be the best one and I have been to...

I used to use fitness unlimited but found the gym to be overcrowded and their staff dont really give to hoots if you exist
