Looking for a FREE calendar applet that can be embedded in a web page which is a simply gig listing/dates feature....does anyone know of any that can be added to existing web pages, that is easy to edit and can be re-sized, etc?

Do you have any examples of what you mean? Most CMS applications would have this functionality out of the box. I know Expression Engine does.

probably just a week or month view in squares that show names of events on certain days, and that can be HTML links, in this case to bands web sites....not looked for any specific examples as such
