i was just checking through my junk emails when i saw one with the subject 'jez'. this is what me and OH call each other so i wondered what it was. its from what looks like a personal email address but all the message says is.. " the voltage fails inside the fountain".

its sent from a gmail email address.

anyone know what it might mean? or should i just delete and pretend i never saw it?!

Some nutter I expect who knows you use that name - just delete it.

If it's vital, email or text your nearest & dearest to check?

Or else, pop it in the spam folder?

The name is probably just coincidence. The content will be a random sentence to fool the spam filters, which it seems it didn't anyway. If there isn't still a link in the email there probably was at some point and it got stripped out along the way. The link would have been the purpose of the message, either to a virus or website selling something.
