hi guys im looking for a shop/retail space to let in sheffield, either city centre if not to expensive or broomhill, crookes a student area.
a small shop or space like forum, student union shop, fitzallan square type of size etc

but best bet is to contact West One directly(number in link above) and ask them as they regularly have retails units coming to market. Velocity Estates deal with commercial property and may have retail space in their Velocity Village development? Tell them Artful Lodger sent you! ;)

Failing that I have links with Sheffield Student Union so if you let me know a little more about your business I can ask there for you. Alternatively you could hold a market stall at Sheff Student Union on a Thursday during term time? It's a cost effective way of testing the student market before committing to a retail unit. Again, I can give you Jude's no. who runs it if interested?

Best place to look now is www.sheffieldbusinessproperty.co.uk with over 200 shops, offices and industrial units to choose from around Sheffield.

The gstar shop on division street, opposite forum, will be available to rent soon,
I saw that its moving further down the road, dont know if that would be suitable but its worth a try
