Detectives investigating the shooting of a businessman who was attacked at his home in Sheffield are questioning a 25-year-old man.
Mark Holland, 38, was seriously injured when he was shot in the chest during a struggle with two intruders at his home in Bradfield on 21 April.
The man, from Sheffield, was arrested in the Southey Green area when officers grew suspicious of the car he was in.
Police are also questioning him about a number of other offences.
Stolen Porsche
Mr Holland spent several weeks in the Northern General Hospital in Sheffield - some of it in intensive care - after the raid on his home.
A bullet from a 9mm handgun missed his heart by millimetres, but passed through his liver, a lung and a major artery before lodging in the wooden floor of the house.
The two men escaped in a Porsche Boxter belonging to Mr Holland's fiancee - a 25th birthday present.
The car was found later the same morning in Longley Hall Road, Sheffield, about 10 miles away.
Its about time they cought the scum that did this!!
