Hi There,

I want to introduce you all to Jacko. He is a healthy, beautiful 5 month puppy half German Shephard half Akita. I have house trained him personally and is well trained, obedient and great around kids and other dogs alike. Fully inoculated and ready for a happy home :)

If your looking to take on a dog that requires little demand and is prepared to adapt quickly, then look no further, as mentioned he is fully trained to respond to basic commands and is also 'toilet' trained.

Due to inoculation, I would be looking to recover a charge for that, but I will be providing a huge goody bag including toys, leads, big bag of food and other little accessories (chews, brushes etc.) which will more then make it a fair deal. £80 ONO.

Some photos will be attached shortly...

OFFICIAL FORUM SPEC:

Reason for Rehome / Sale:
With a heavy heart, I would like the dog to benefit from a home that can dedicate time and resources to its upbringing.

Time Scale – How Urgent?
The dog is in no immediate danger, I keep training and keeping him fed, but money and time are luxuries right now so for the best interests of the dog ASAP.

Sale Amount
£80 with flexibility dependant on the prospective owner.

Has the Dog been in Rescue?
No

Location
Longley, Sheffield.

Age & Sex
5 months, Male.

Breed/ Mix
Akita/German Shephard

KC Registered
No

Approximate size
Full size when grown: German Shephard standard size

Right now: Tiny puppy :)

Exercise Needed
He loves regular walks and playing with other dogs.

No.

Both vaccinated and fully wormed.

Live in / out
Either/Or. He is as happy in a kennel as he is indoors.

Ever lived with other cats/dogs/other animals
No but visits other dogs/cats often. Great with both.

Any Current or Historical Health or Psychological Issues
When I first got him he was very timid, it seemed he had come from an abusive background, hence why I am so attached to him. I have had him fully trained and he is now a confident, happy, well rounded puppy fit for a good home.

Temperament
Placid, but as with any pup has bursts of excitement and energy.

Good or Bad with Children?
Great with children (see photos).

Dislike of Men or Women
Absolutely not.

OK with Dogs / Cats/other Animals?
Great with other dogs/cats.

Travel OK in Car?
Very nervous in a car but will adapt in time.

Left happily alone in the House for How Long at a time?
I don't agree that the dog should be left in a home, unattended for long periods of time, but as stated he is well trained.

Destructive Behaviour
None shown, as with any puppy he liked to playfully nibble shoes and other such objects, but that comes with puppy territory.

Barks
Seldom barks, never cries even when sleeping outside.

Pull on the lead
Yes, full of energy - but is trained to walk in parks without a lead on command.

Crate trained
No.

Housetrained
Yes.

Ah bless him, he looks lovely, if I didn't have 4 dogs already I would be really tempted :hihi: - you need to fill in the rehoming template though otherwise the mods will remove your thread - I've put a link to it below :)

He is beautiful. I'd love to have another dog but with my mutt I dare not ever try it!

I'm sure he will find a great home as you have done all the hard work of toliet training and the basics.
