I have a 1 bed flat just off Ecclesall Road/Sharrowvale Road with private parking that I'd like to exchange. Although the flat is one bed I have a large closet space (seperate room) that I use as a walk in wardrobe. Ideally I'd like to exchange to a 2 bed house, possibly a flat if the area is right.

I live in the perfect location. Really quiet and private but close to all the restaurants etc of Ecclesall Road/Sharrowvale Road.
