Here is an interesting problem for our modern age. What would you do if your African Gray parrot, who you love dearly is a very good talker but also very un PC.

I mean suppose he was misogionist, racist, homophobic the lot. Suppose he said stuff that makes Bernard Manning sound like Ben Elton.

What can you do about it?

Yes but what if you had taken it in as a rescue parrot without knowing who its previous owners were. Then suddenly, when you had invited the Chairwoman of the local Samali-lesbian vegan Society around for a herb tea and toffu bun the parrot (who you named Nelson after Mr. Mandella) started spouting off all his racist homopbic etc bile. It would be so embarrasing.
