basically i have an old camcorder that when i try and play it back now the films are all snowy, im assuming the head want cleaning or something, to save me the hassle does anybody know where i can get all the old films put on dvd please?

I would love to know too! I have a box of mini tapes holding lots of memories, but would love to have them put onto DVD. Anyone out there have any tips????

I've an old recorder and the manual explains how to put films onto video tapes. I've just substituted my DVD recorder for the VCR and hey presto.

would think it was possible to plug ur camera in to a dvd writer/recorder press play on camera and record on dvd ????

Bit of a trek over there but they are very good.
I've had all my old cine and video put on DVD.
If it's silent film and you want to add commentry when it's on DVD you can do it with an MP3 player..
