my daughter as mangaged to subscribe to one of these services and its costing her about a tenner a month any idea how to stop this as there is no contact number and it isn't giving her the option to stop them.

TEll her to call her mobile provider, they can get it stopped

they will say they cant do anything.

with the message should be a number at the end of the message,

click reply and text STOP.

should sort it.

the operative word being "should"

Do you know what company it is Kirky, let us know and im sure someone will be able to find their website for details, or even if you dont know what company it is, maybe post details on the type of service they offer and well all have a look on here.

i tried that they gave me a number to call and it just gave me a recorded message saying they wernt taking calls

This is true Kirky... and Premium SMS service will stop if you reply to a message with the word STOP in it.

It's part of it's automated service.

yep, or if that doesnt work, try the word "UNSUBSCRIBE"
that done it for me a while ago with a ringtone service
