Top bloke.

Came to a charity works function for us last night down town, turned up and was great with everyone, really friendly, posed for photos with lots of Wednesday fans, took part in the whole event and even arranged for signed shirts, tickets, and an exec box to raise charity funds. Was a long night too, and I'm sure he had loads of other stuff to be doing!

Absolutely top bloke.

He doesn't come on here, but I wanted to share that little story.

I have every confidence in the man, and it's great to have a proper fan in charge of the club.

Cheers Lee!

Probably. Even though it was a private function and not being publicised. I was just really impressed with him for coming.

Dave Allen could learn a lot from Strafford about how to treat fans

You're slacking. I read the first post and thought it'll be no more than 10 minutes until Benn mentions Allen, but you took a full 14.

That's why I was so impressed. He gained nothing from it at all, well other than a free pie and a drink!

My band are all Wednesday fans and were straight there for photos and info. :hihi:
