doing up houses ????

ok i know the market is crazy at the moment, but does anyone have any expereince in this, i.e. more then just doing up their own house. actually doing this for a living? or do they know anyone who does or has????

Just done my second refurb project, and me mate Dave's just done his 12th.

If you factor in the chances of a market dip and still manage to buy at the price you need to profit, then I think there is still mileage in refurbs.

I do the joinery work for a few property developers in Sheffield and they are still going strong.

If you build up the right team of honest tradesmen that you can rely on your in with a good chance and of course take time to learn to buy the right properties at the right price.
