View Full Version : A job offer.......would you take it???
if someone out the blue gave you a job offer and £1000 cash up front would you take it??? someone today when i went to post office offered me a job and offered me £1000 cash up front but the job is not what i'd like to do NEVER.
Did he have a pink zoot suit and shades on . . . with a cadillac parked outside?
Abit like THIS ? (http://www.blowsion.com/visuals/team/airforce/Pimp%20Lustic%20(Medium).jpg)
I would've grabbed the cash and done a runner
(not really :hihi: )
so what kind of job is this? :heyhey: :heyhey:
No because without knowing what the job is I would automatically think I have to be naked to complete the job or be inserting some narcotics into any old nook and cranny....
So give us a clue what did you have to do ? Wasn't robbing the post office was it?
something to do with entertaining guys.......
get my drift???
valentine 18-07-2005, 12:38 Take the money and then on your first "shift" make such a mess of things they won't want you back

AH!! got it . . . . spinning plates on metal poles whilst blowing land of hope and glory on a harmonica and balancing an inflatable Barney dinosaur on one foot and doing kick ups with a football on the other foot - all this whilst also frying an egg on a portable stove !!!
Excellent - you should've signed straight away!

If it was me asked by a woman, i'd be for it... As long as she wasnt totally mingin.

Well done for keeping your morals. Its a sad day when a women needs to sell her body and dignity to make money.

thank you!
LellyBee 19-07-2005, 08:22 I agree with you Ilaria, it's not very nice.
I was once followed by a lorry driver when I was on my lunch hour, begging me to "entertain" him, he kept upping the price obviously hoping I'd give in, but at the time I was only 16, (way back when..) and I was very intimidated.
I was also extremely pi**ed off when I thought about it, did I look like the sort of girl who would be "up for it"?
My then b/f thought it was a laugh, but I thought it was a really big insult that anyone would even think I was "up for it".
So Ilaria, I'm with you on this one
gonna sit on the fence on this one, due to experience.
it's inappropriate for anyone to proposition you & you did right to decline the offer, however there are some members of the opposite sex who do dress & act like they are trying to attract this type of attention - either paid or unpaid.
metalman 19-07-2005, 08:25 I knew the post office was meant to be offering a range of additional services, but that's taking it a bit far... :)
i went to the post office with my mum it has nothing to do with thm there is a whore shop next door. the owner must of came up to me as he said they are looking for more girls.

£1000 up front seems odd? You'd have to 'entertain' quite a few blokes to earn that amount of money I'd have thought.
And how does the person who gives you the money keep tabs on you to make sure you keep coming back day after day until you've repaid the money?
Very strange! :suspect:

That's a pleasure, now about that promise...
(joke)
what promise???? lol eh??
Ilaria is trying to raise the serious issue of young women close to these sleaze holes being propositioned for sex.
I am damn angry that anyone should come up to a young lady walking in her community to be confronted by such a vulgar proposal. I suppose you wouldnt mind your girlfriend, wife or daughter to be treated the same way.
I was open minded enough to allow the Bamboo Rooms some space but now I know that they want to demene the local community as well as themselves. The place is filthy anyway, you wouldnt let your house flies in there.
Kerry_Lou 19-07-2005, 15:41 Awww, honey thats evil he shouldnt have done that, at the end of the day he shouldn't have dont that really. But there are girls up for that sort of thing these days, my mates like that unfortunately. I have done stuff for money put not that

He was in the wrong, obviously. It's illegal to 'pimp' anyway, and possibly illegal to approach women in this way. Why not call into the police station and report the guy. Go with your bloke too - you don't want the coppers getting a grin out of it
And if your mum witnessed this, even better - take her too and make a formal complaint

hehe, you know about my single situation from another thread, if you have pictures... only joking
why do you think it would create a bad impression? I personally dont think pictures of yourselft nude is a bad thing, providing you were not taken advantage of, as you would be in control. but maybe i'm wrong.
in the 60s, when my mum was in her 20s.
she was in london,
the car was parked in a carpark near soho.
(bells ring??? not good area)
she was leaving the car when an asian man walked up to her and ask, "how much?"
she turned round whacked him on the head with her handbag and screamed "bad man"
the guy fell on the floor and crawled away
it makes me laugh everytime i think of it,
especially when she does the impressions again :D
