I know of some property investors who can complete purchases this quickly.

Is there any solicitor in Sheffield who can do all the searches etc. in such a short time? Or do you just take out an indemnity insurance?
A bit specific I know, but there may be someone out there!...

ANY solicitor can do it in that time but it depends ion what searches you want back. As usual, use as solicitor that you now and trust to do the job properly.

LA searches may well take longer than that, but that is out of the solicitors hands. Desktop environmental searches can be had the same day usually, and title is easy to deduce from the Land Registry.

Any insurance firm would want to see that the usual due diligence had been made before providing even a quotation for an indemnity policy, so I would;t expect to fall back on that.

Also, make it clear to the solicitor from the offset, and keep in touch with them on a frequent basis. Most auction properties that are sold are done so based on the completion being within 28 days.
