Seen this over on Digital Spy, and have to say I think it looks fantastic. Loving the retro look for the new (old?) TARDIS too. Matt looks the part easily in the new getup (also slightly retro), and Karen is just bloody gorgeous.

lost intrest in the sh0w, the epis0de with that lil girl talking like she was possesed didnt even have a scary voice over, the one where she drew things and they come to life, and whats worse the entire script and idea was stolen from a x files episode, where same thing happend, appart from x files wasnt childish and pathetic.

That was just down to bad planning. It was originally going to be Stephen Fry's script, but it proved to be too expensive, so they threw that episode together - and it shows - it was one of the worst of all the four seasons.

i have series 1 box set, paid 50quid for it the ltd edition tardis shape one,

Bet you're a bag load of fun to be around on a Saturday evening! ;) It's funny, I remember being a kid and absolutely loving Tom Baker in Doctor Who and the Star Wars films etc, and having to put up with my parents complaining about how dumb it all was.

You'll easily find a buyer for that boxset on eBay Cheesemaster. Quite collectible I would have thought.

I like the new look. It is slightly more eccentric than recent years, something which I felt was lacking since the new-Who started up. Now, if they can get the stories to the standard of old-Who (or even new 'Wood), then it should be a bit of a treat.

I wonder if the interior of the Tardis will get a makeover.

I'm not a huge fan of the show, but do watch it. If we're on about the same storyline, I thought it was one of the better ones.

The episode with the statues was called Blink, and is considered one of the best of the show's four year span. I personally thought it was extremely scary and many kids I know were terrified by it (hopefully in a good way).

I'm hardly a fan boy of Doctor Who, but that wasn't at all a bad episode - certainly from a scare tactics position.
