My son has been given a list by his school of summer acitivites such as grass sledging (?), kite flying etc. in local parks and sports centres in the Ecclesfield/Parson Cross area. As we now live in Crookes, I wonder if the local children have been given something similar? I'd be interested to know of anything going off to entertain my 11 year old!

There is usually a council sports bus that comes on the bolehills in the summer,not sure when it is coming,might be on council website,if i find out i will let you know
