Jon 16-07-2005, 20:13 I Know we have this thread (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?s=&threadid=40656&highlight=the+oldest+person) Myy next door neighbour who i've known for 39 years turned 89 on the 15th July 2005 :) I was wondering who is the oldest person you know? Until 2 years ago, they annually went for a 3 month holiday in South Africa. Sadly, Mum has lost the sight in one eye, and so they've stopped going on holiday now. Dad was a coal miner and then a railway ganger, and is always digging in his garden.
