Dear all,
thought you'd like to know about our great monthly static trapeze day, taking place over the summer.
A fun and rewarding day learning static trapeze, including full warm up, conditioning, rope work, moves on and under the bar and some transitions.
No experience necessary, taught by experienced aerial tutor in our custom equipt, friendly circus centre near Meadowhall, (just a bus ride from Arundel gate).
Saturday 18th July / 15th August
11am- 4pm
£35 / £30 concessions.
