Eccentricity is attractive, plain or gorgeous. Husband stealing? Not so much, but I haven't checked with the equally gorgeous Brad (who says not) or Jen (who, I think, says yes, though being gorgeous also I'm not sure whether to trust her view either).

I doubt the Namibian government can afford the necessary technology to shoot anything down out of the sky much larger than a pigeon, to be honest (although I may be doing them a disservice) - it's a pretty poor country.

The whole Namibia episode is a little uncomfortable. Government utterly desperate for tourism dollars, Brad and Angelina desperate for privacy and to hold on the to the exclusive picture deal (proceeds, about $4.5 million I think, to charity).

I happened to be in Namibia that summer and met someone who'd seen Brad in the supermarket, going about his business with a few gawkers only. He couldn't do that in LA!
