View Full Version : Sun returns to China BLADES-EELA 06-07-2009, 12:25 sun jihai leaves the lane http://www.sufc.co.uk/page/PlayerFeatures/0,,10418~1714492,00.html scottf 06-07-2009, 12:46 Thanks for some amazing games for us over a couple of seasons- although we won't miss the absurdly high tackles that get you sent off!!! although him being sidelined did mean we had to play naughton and thats got to be a good thing!!! :D tallanddopey 06-07-2009, 13:22 that'll be quite a bit of the wage bill i would imagine, although with the amount of signings in the pipeline it'll be soon back to what it was. If as you say there are a "number" of signing's on there way, then settling down may be the problem at the lane gelling lot's of player's together in a short space of time is a tough job. scottf 06-07-2009, 14:01 it happens most close seasons though- 4 or 5 new players come in- but remember they are professionals and the team spirit at united is always brilliant anyway- there are a few jokers in the pack and everyone seems to settle very quickly. That's the thing that encourages me about Wednesday, we have gained two very experianced proffesionals and only recently signed Michael Gray who i have to say play's like an 18 year old. And so far managed to keep all of our best player's, plus the younger players have all got another year on there back. I would like another striker and i might push us up a place or two lol :hihi: Like you say though at least Sun being out for you gave Kyle Naughton a chance. MR BENN 06-07-2009, 14:14 Thanks for some amazing games for us over a couple of seasons- although we won't miss the absurdly high tackles that get you sent off!!! although him being sidelined did mean we had to play naughton and thats got to be a good thing!!! :D did you pay a fee for Sun ? scottf 06-07-2009, 14:16 No i believe he came on a free from man city- definately worth it.
