Something like that wont take long, but A) you would have to maintain it, and B) it's doubtful it could be hosted on freewebs.

I was reminded of this (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=421805) - a Tight-Fisted Yorkshireman if ever I saw one - especially when you look at this (http://www.sheffieldforum.co.uk/showthread.php?t=421574) too. Still, it looks like a spot of bata was engaged in with the former - and there were some souls desperate enough to take on the latter.
