Not long ago the billing system from the gas supplier was pretty straight forwards. Previous reading, present readding, gas used. They have changed this system and I have not got a clue how to understand it as they give no readings at all but just an amount of gas supposedly used.

Funnily enough since changing this billing my usage of gas has tripled, and with no readings supplied on the gas bill there is no way to check?

So - has anyones gas billing changed over the past year and if so - do you understand the new system? And has your gas usage gone up for no apparent reason?

Who is your supplier?
I'm sure that meter readings will be hidden in the bill somewhere. Isn't it required by regulation?

We are still with British Gas and our bill continues to show readings.

Powergen. Never had any problems with them supplying the electric, but for some reason they are total prats when ity comes to gas.

It will be interesting when they take me to court for none-payment. Wonder how they will explain the increased usage of gas when there are less people in the household and less reason for using gas. Being hardly ever at home during the day and not using the centraql heating is sending my gas usage through the roof.
