I opened my phone a few days ago and the display just turned white. Now the display is constantly bright when i open the phone and sometimes it just goes white again :?
The camera has also packed in. Now it comes up with 'Preview Error' if i try using it.

I just thought it was on it's way out, then i found out today that a workmate has exactly the same problem (hers went quite a bit ago), and another workmate had the same problem today but his phone is a e800 :o
He got on the phone and has to send it off but myself and my other workmate are in a fix.

Do any of our resident mobile phone techies have any idea how to fix them?

Unfortunately i found this on the first page: have the same problem with my e700,minx is correct theres a seroius flaw in the screenlife on this phone. had mine for just over a year and now its almost gone. shame,was a great phone until the screen went.though after the response i had from samsung i wont ever but there products again

Maybe it's time for a new 'dog & bone' :suspect:

You'll still get quite good money for it on ebay Vidster.
I have the same phone - maybe I should sell it whilst it still works....
