Good riddance to another over rated, over paid individual who thinks his club don't want him because they only pay him £65000 a week. Let us hope he takes Rio with him.:rant:

Think Arsenal will be better off without him.

I think Arsenal are cashing in while they can. I believe he has a dodgy knee and at 29, Arsenal have had his best years. They paid about £3m for him and have made a nice profit.

I undestand Arsenal have a club policy that players over 30 can only have 1 year deals. Viera would obviously have included in that and with him only on a 1 year deal they would have been lucky to get anything for him.

Last season he was very average.
