Sparklesista seems to have disappeared.
Now I'm not one for checking these things on the web but this is concerning me a little.

Sparklesista is someone I've been speaking to on a regualr basis since last Xmas we've even been out for drinks together and she's helped us out @ Takapuna on occaisions.

However I haven't heard from her in 4/5 weeks now.
Now not saying she needs to check in or anything but it's also strange that she's not been active on Sheffield Forum (which she always used to be), Damo (who she spoke to all the time) hasn't heard from her in fact no one has.

I know she was friends with Adeline, Deejay and Duffman too.

Has anyone heard anything from her? Just to put my mind at rest so I know she's alright!

I'm friends with her too and been out a few times, but I haven't heard anything recently either.

I think - only think! I saw her driving a red car about 2 weeks ago, with 3 kids in the back! I was on a bus, so cudn't be sure. Deejay, Duffman and I were only talking bout this the other day actually!

It very well could be nothing.

Last I spoke to her she was on her way to London (family down that way) which was a few weeks ago now.
Not heard anything since.

It wouldn't be all that odd if it wasn't for Damo not hearing anything from her and no word if she was going anywhere.
They were like best best mates and told each other everything.
They'd talk via PM, email, forum, phone, in person all the time... and he's not heard a thing!

Seems odd and I hope she's ok.
Gonna drop round her house this weekend and see if she's alright... back... moved out!

Done that mate... and sent her a text.... and called her on the phone (which is always switched off by the way). :suspect:

I recall her mentioning a holiday but she has been gone a fair while now..

She's not answering texts or calls which is quite odd :confused:

Duff has tried phoning her boyfriend on a couple of occasions with no luck..

this is very strange .. a case of minds thinking alike. I kept thinking about her due to the "anyone you'd like to meet" thread - having met her lots of times, I didn't post her name but I did suddenly think "where is she?"

But there again Duffman is absent too, but he's on holiday .. oops no, he's back! lol - he's just signed in :thumbsup:

I'd noticed I'd not seen her around much, but hadn't thought much of it as I've not been here a lot myself the last couple of weeks.

Strix I doubt the network provider would give me any info due to data protection... having said that I've not tried.

Without breaching too much forum privacy, she last visited the forum on the 15th June, and the last activity on her forum account (quite what the difference is I have yet to work out) was on the 20th June.

I saw her log on to MSN at 20:10pm today, and log straight out again...??

It's usually possible to weedle some info from them if you explain why you're asking - although I suppose it's easier to apear non-threatening as a female ;)

Explain that you just want to know if the number has been used recently - you can understand that they won't give you locations or specific dates, but you don't want to report her missing to the police if she isn't really :thumbsup:

If her machine is logged onto the net and her username saved it could autolog her in, after my best friend died her computer kept logging her into msn every time the computer was use, it scared the crap out of me first time it happened.

Hi,

Yes, MSN does log itself in whenever a PC re-connects to the Net if that's the way you've configured it.

So, if she's got a broadband conection and her PC reboots it will probably reconnect and MSN will say 'Hello'.

I'm back from outta space! Hehe!

Thanks for your concerns everyone but this year I am alive and very well! :)

I have been EXTREMELY busy over the last few weeks and haven't hardly had a chance to get on the net.

My MSN also had a virus and it took me ages to get round to sorting it out and I lost my mobile as well so I now have a new number.

I've not been in Sheffield much and I'm off again on Tuesday.

Will keep all of you who missed me uptodate with what I'm up to.

Although I didn't post on this thread (wasn't aware of it) I was worried of the where abouts of our sparkly one, I was on holiday and only signed in a couple of times to write pm's and send emails. I hadn't spoken to her for a few weeks but Managed to speak to her today, so my mind is at ease.
