I am in the early stages of buying a house and a friend who used a solicitors firm in Portsmouth said he was able to purchase insurance, so if the property fell through he would get his money back for solicitors, searches and surveys.

I have contacted my solicitors Taylor and Emmet and they do not provide it. Does anyone know of anywhere I could get such an insurance as it seems like a really good idea?
