Seen a nice house for sale in S2 and was wondering what the area is like and if anyone has any good/bad experiences to share?

Plz bare in mind it does't have a drive and i'm as protective as poss when it comes to my motor.

I'm a youngster of 25 so I don't have kids so schools aren't an issue.

Any feedback is much appreciated.
