Does anyone know where I can get a pair of 'mod' style desert boots?

I mean the two eyelet suede jobbies that you used to be able to get from the market for about £15 (this was about 8 years ago- and I got some from the bottom of the moor).

Im having no luck at all...even tried Chesterfield....anybody got any ideas???

Clarks make the classic desert boot - have you tried their shops or website? Also Schuh maybe?

The shoe shop on Chesterfield road were Mataland and Reedmans is, just up from Arnold Lavers.
They usually sell them, made by Stonecreek? Stone something or other.
They are about £25

Anchor supplies. Pease hill rd, Ripley.
They do M O D stuff from various countries, and the boots are part worn.
It's well worth a look around they sell anything from a tank to a tent peg, combat clothing etc.

I used to be based a minutes walk from Anchor army surplus and would agree it is a fascinating place to look around as you never know what you might come across, how about a working radar screen and all the gubbins and if you own an old landrover they have spare parts still wrapped in brown grease proof paper that look as though it dates from the 1950's.
Great place for picking up toolsas well if you don't mind a bit of a rummage through big boxes that can be stuffed with spanners [for example]

Get Clarks, they're a little expensive, but the Clarks Desert boot is cracking! especially the suede ones.
