i was lucky enough about nine years ago to train on a 3 hour session taught by Mr Glover a very nice bloke & very very hard training.

Phil is still busy teaching Muay Thai and Kickboxing his classes are in Maltby

Phil was my Kickboxing Instructor from 1986 to 1991 I still get down and train with him now and again. I would definately recommend training with him.
